What to Bring to Class:
- Water bottle – we do have a bottle filling station as well as bottled water for sale
- Clean indoor-only workout shoes, preferably one with a flat sole that has some flexibility and allows the foot to bend

What if I Have Never Rowed Before:
- You are invited to schedule a 15-minute initial set-up appt. on the website if you would like a tour as well as to go over rowing form and technique.
- If you would like to just jump right into your first class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time to allow for set up and technique.
Are there different classes for varying fitness levels?
- All classes on the schedule are for all levels.
- Instructors can modify all exercises and show variations to challenge all fitness levels in each class.
What if I Have a Previous Injury or Have Had Joint Surgery Etc.?
- Please let the instructor know before class if you have any injuries or concerns.
Are there age requirements?
- Must be 13 to participate in class, 13-15 can participate with a parent
- 16-18 can participate on their own after parent has signed a waiver.
- Student memberships go from 8th grade – college graduation.
Do you have family memberships?
- Yes, students are $59 a month for unlimited classes.
- Adults in the same household are $69 a month for unlimited classes.
Can I Bring Friends?
- Yes, everyone gets their first class free! You can bring unlimited first timers!
- After their first class they can purchase $30 for 30 days before they decide on which membership they would like.
- If you refer a new member that buys a one-year or a prepaid year membership you receive a $50 credit on your account! (this incentive is unlimited)
- You can bring out of town guests as visitors if there are open rower spots in class.
What if I need to stop working out for a couple of months?
- Memberships can be paused due to injury, illness, travel, or work, preventing membership fees to be charged while the membership rate stays locked in.
