If you would like a full-body workout but don't know where to start or don't have the time to research exercises, reps, sets, technique etc. you have found the right place! Our Instructors tell you exactly what to do and we make sure your form is perfect so you are lifting safely and effectively. You don't have to think - we do it all for you!

Our Services

At IRON & OARS, we offer fitness classes, fitness assessments, personalized nutrition programming, personal training, as well as small group and private classes. Our classes are for all fitness levels and are designed to make you stronger, healthier and more flexible.

Our team of certified Instructors ensure each class provides a unique and challenging workout from high-intensity interval training to more focused, strength-training sessions.

Our classes are different EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. so your body will not get "used to" the workouts. Our classes are SAFE, no box jumping, no tire flipping, no running on concrete (no running period). If you are injured you can't workout so we DO NOT want that!

IRON & OARS is a great place to workout if you have had injuries in the past or if you have joint problems, low back tightness, abdominal weakness or body limitations as we provide modification exercises for everything we do!

Our dedicated personal trainers work one-on-one with you to develop a customized workout plan that aligns with your fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced gym-goer, our personal trainers will provide the motivation and expertise you need to push past your limits.

Fitness Assessments

We provide comprehensive fitness assessments to track your progress and fine-tune your workout routine. We use the InBody to scan your body to find your basal metabolic rate, body fat %, lean muscle mass, water weight, etc. to help you set goals and give you the tools you need to transform your body.
